Customer bills include charges for water and sewage. Residential customers are billed quarterly, and most commercial customers are billed monthly. All services provided by CTWA are included on one bill. Fire systems charges are billed separately in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and Rates for the Water System.
CTWA customers can pay their bills by several methods, including payment by Credit Card, Check or Money Order made payable to “CTWA”, and Cash. Visit the Bill Payment section of our Website for more information and enrollment instructions.
Payments are due on the 15th of each month. Using the payment stub, payment can be mailed to the CTWA office located at 224 Center Grange Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001. Customers can also pay their bill in person at the CTWA office, or use CTWA’s 24-hour drive-up drop-off box located at the front of the Center Township Municipal Building. Payments deposited in the drop-off box before 8:30 a.m. on the 16th will be credited as received the previous day. Cash payments to the drop-off box are not permitted.
