The Center Township Water Authority recently transitioned to a new billing software with Diversified Billing Systems. This new software provides customers with the following Bill Payment options:
Debit or Credit Card – Payments can be made in the office or by using our online bill pay.
Pay By Phone – Payments can be made by calling 866-249-2246 to make a credit card payment by phone. The phone payment ID and the pin for your specific account will be located on your quarterly water & sewer bill.
Bank Check Express – Customers that make their Payment through their banking institution will select the payment date in which the designated payment will be transferred from the Customer’s account to CTWA.
Check, Cash or Money Order -These options are available either by mailing your payment, making a payment in the office, or using the after-hours drop box located near the drive-up window (please do not place cash in the drop box).
A Customer Web Portal is available under “Bill Payment” by selecting “Check Account Status.” The Customer Web Portal provides customers with access to a wealth of information about their Water and Sewer account. Customers will need to create a secure login to be able to view their consumption history, billing history, payment history and more. Customers may also request to receive an e-bill instead of a traditional paper bill.
